What Payment Methods can Be Used?

You can use Bank Transfer and PayPal.
For Bank transfers please email us at info@jewelryshells.com for bank information.
For PayPal, you could place an order online and pay directly. Please note you could use Visa to pay on PayPal.

When Can You Send Out My Order?

We will send out the goods within 48hours. In case any item is out of stock by accident, we will let you know right away and discuss the best resolution.

How Long is the Production Time if Place order?

For the beads and accessories if the goods are out of stock or you need a special size, so you place a new order. Our factory probably needs 20-30days for producing.
For jewelry such as earrings, bracelets, and necklaces, if you need a totally fresh style and we have to start from every part as custom accessories and beads. We need to do the beading in the end, we may need about 30 35 days for production.

How Many Day Can I Receive The Goods?

It depends on what Shipping Way you choose and where's your location.
We usually ship by air, using DHL UPS and EMS. Shipping time is about 3-7 days to all major destinations. Using DHL and UPS you can track your order's status online. Shipping costs vary with weight and delivery address.

Can i Choose Shipping Company?

Yes, just email us at info@jewelryshells.com telling us which shipping company you want to use, and we will do your order. Usually, we ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TOLL, and EMS.
We could also use your shipping account to ship your goods to you.
If you have no special requirement we use DHL or UPS shipping.

Customs & Import duties or charges

It is the buyer's responsibility to payment of all Customs duty taxes and fees for their purchase. Customers are responsible for their country's laws and restrictions. If the customer refuses their package because they do not want to pay customs taxes and fees, or customs refuses delivery due to restrictions, no refunds nor replacement/exchange of product is granted no exceptions. It is impossible for the seller to know the laws, taxes, and fees of your country. You can send an email to us to tell us your special request on shipping invoice or packing or shipping methods. We will try our best to do it according to your request.

Return and Refund

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us the request before we ship out the goods.
If you are not satisfy with the received goods, please contact us by email for details within 7 days. After our confirm please return the goods in its original packing within 7 days. We will exchange or refund within 48hours after we receive the parcel.
Cannot accept cancel order after order been sent out and tracking shows parcel still on the way to you.

Defective Products

All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost and resend shipping cost. Please confirm with us an advisable shipping method.
Non-defective Products
Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 5 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused. And the original shipping cost is not refundable.
Items are returnable as long as they are in the same new, unused condition as they were when they left our office. Partially cut strands, used items, and partial packs of items are NOT RETURNABLE.
And the custom orders couldnot be cancelled and returned.

Why i See Same Stone Bead in Different Prices?

We are sure what you see are not the same quality beads, they may be the same stone and size, but different grades. For some beads as 6mm Labradorite round beads strands, we sell the top quality with a price of USD2/gram and low quality of price USD1.2/strand.

Bead Size

Normally the gemstone bead size is with the unit "mm", such as 6mm, 8mm 10mm.
As the beads are made of natural stone rough, so the size of the beads is not a certain size such as 6.0mm or 8.0mm. Normally if we said it's 8mm, the size of the beads on a strand will be in the size range of 7.9mm 8.5mm. Some may be 8.0mm, some maybe 8.3mm or 8.4mm. Actually, 8.5mm beads are no big difference from 8.0mm when looking by the eye. But seldom some beads may be bigger(8.5 8.8mm) or smaller (7.8 8.0mm).
The beads in the picture maybe look bigger than the actual size when the camera angle is very close distance to the beads. Please always judge and imagine the bead's size according to the specification, but not by picture.

Bead color

All most all beads from natural roughs, the color always may be a little different. GuzenJewelry always tries the best to send beads as what you see on Site. Still, could not guarantee all beads color must be the same each time.

Size of Bead Hole

Different beads with different hole sizes, usually larger beads with larger holes. For the pearl beads, the hole is often 0.6 0.8mm, a hole of the wood bead is about 1.5 2.5mm.
For most gemstone and semi-precious stone beads, the hole sizes will be as below:

• 2mm-4mm beads: 0.5 0.6mm hole.
• 5mm-6mm beads: 0.6 1.0mm hole.
• 8mm-10mm beads: 0.9 1.2mm hole.

How many piece per strand

Below are the rough quantity of beads per strand by different sizes:

• 2mm normally with about 150-190pcs of beads on each strand.
• 3mm normally with about 130pcs of beads on each strand.
• 4mm normally with about 90-98 beads on each strand.
• 6mm normally about 63pcs of beads on each strand.
• 8mm normally about 48pcs of beads on each strand.
• 10mm normally about 39pcs of beads on each strand.
• 12mm normally about 32pcs of beads on each strand.
