But If you are unsatisfied with the goods, you may return any item in its original packaging within 7 business days after the receipt of your goods for refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special orders, or pieces that have been modified per customer request.

The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In addition, Customs duties must be deducted if any Customs duties happen. When you return any item, please send an e-mail to us firstly to indicate your order/item number, and the reason for the return, then you get our return address. Once we receive and check the returned package, you should expect your return processed within 48 hours.
